Basic Responsibilities of a Club Secretary
Club Secretaries have many responsibilities. These duties may seem mundane, but they are very important for your club. Below are some of the specific duties that will be covered in this training manual.
• Keep minutes at Regular Club Meetings and Board Meetings
• Submit Club Meeting and Board Meeting minutes to the District Secretary at their District Secretary’s Circle K Email Address
• Keep track of service hours completed by the members of the club
• Keep attendance records
• Submit Monthly Reports to the District Board
• Complete Award Forms
• Submit Club Information for Summer and Fall District Directories
• Submit information about Fall and Spring Banquets to the District Secretary
• Possibly produce a newsletter if your club does not have an Editor
