Keeping Attendance Records
Another important aspect of being a Club Secretary is keeping attendance records. This could possibly be the easiest aspect of being a Club Secretary. Attendance can be kept in a variety of ways. One way would be to keep a full member log for your Club and to call role at the beginning of each meeting. Another way to keep attendance would be to pass around a sign in sheet. This way would save time if your Club has many members, as the sign in sheet can be passed around during the meeting.
