You will need to provide information about the club’s financial situation at each board meeting. The easiest way to do this is to provide a Treasurer’s Report on the budget status at each board meeting. There is a copy of this at the end of the manual. It should include information about deposits and expenditures that have occurred since the last board meeting. Providing a report is the easiest way to communicate to your board what is going on in your budget. You should also be submitting an updated budget at each board meeting. While this is not always possible, you should try to do it as much as possible.
